How does a silent bid auction work?
On the day of the sale, a list of all available vehicles will be provided (see list below). To register to bid, visit Phillips Brothers Towing @ 3717 Harold St North Little Rock, AR 72118 and submit your highest bid for the cars listed. Bidding will close at 4:00 PM, at which time we will announce the winners.
Payment is due immediately after the auction.
Please note: If you place bids on multiple vehicles and win all of them, payment is required for the entire lot. You cannot choose which vehicles to keep — if you win, you must purchase all the vehicles you bid on.
The bid list serves as a contract to purchase the vehicles you are the highest bidder for. The highest bidder wins!
Please note some vehicle may have a reserve.
Gates open at 2:00 PM and close at 4:00 PM on day of sale.
Accepted payment methods include cash, approved check, or Cash App (with a 3% fee).
